Is this Rosacea …?

Question

Sometimes theres small pus filled pimples? Sometimes it’s just red and my face is almost always dry even if I moisturize. I’ve had this issue for a while but sometimes it seems to get worse. 
Also I wasn’t sure what to post under but maybe someone can give me some skincare tips??

It looks like it could be. I have rosacea, havent had really bad issues in a good while though. Find a dermatologist that takes your insurance. Mine covers visits but not any creams, pills only. I used azelaic acid and soolantra for a month then just found a nice gentle face wash because i have sensitive skin. And use a facial cleanser brush. I use a moisturizer that helps with the redness! This was during a period of a month or more where i finally got fed up with it and figured it wouldnt hurt to go see a dermatologist. And this wasnt even at its worst
