Bump on lip?

Okay, just to preface, I have never kissed anyone or done anything intimate with anyone. I know that’s not the only way to get hsv, but I also don’t really share any utensils, drinks, etc.

this bump started popping up on my lip last night, and to be completely honest I haven’t left it alone, so it could be bigger now because it’s irritated. It doesn’t look like a blister, just a raised bump.

I was just wondering if anyone knows what it might be. I don’t remember getting hit in the lip, but I live with kids so there’s potential lol.
