I was bullied in school and it really affected me, how many others were all bullied and how did you get over it?

I was bullied up until the day of my graduation from high school. All because I was valedictorian and star student, both by like a landslide. For anyone going through the same: don't worry. In college, people appreciate intelligence and hard work.

See, I went to an "urban" school lol. Majority of students were black, like me. I had friends but I was a legit nerd. People would try to bully me but in those type of environments you have to fight.

I fought alot through middle school. After that I actually got into an early college high school. By the time I was in my sophomore year of high school I was actually a full time college student. Now Im a semester away from earning my Bachelors of Science.

I dont advocate for violence but depending on your environment, you have to fight. But if your able to go another route, take it. Now that Im older, I try to calmly speak to someone.

I was bullied all throughout elementary and middle school and I got through it by leaving the school and doing what I'm good at. However, it has left me with some anxiety and mental health issues that I'm planning on working through with a therapist

I as bullied my entire school life. I was considered the goth kid in a sea of hicks and black wannabes until my junior year. By time high school rolls around I just starting hanging out with the staff, those relationships gave me the support and protection I needed to graduate. Teachers aren't your friends until you make them that way, so if you try this it will take time. Also every school seems to have the teacher the other staff look down on -get good with them. They're the ones that will help you take others down and that friendship might even last into your adulthood. 😉

I was bullied in the 5th grade by my supposed "best friend".  She got mad at me all the time and one time when we were walking home, she straight up slapped me.  When I got home, I ran to my room crying. Later that night my mom went next door to talk to her mom. Her moms excuse was that she was just so much bigger than me, I couldn't handle being hit. Her mom called me a baby because I cried for being slapped.  4 years later we don't speak at all. I just dropped her as a "friend"

I was bullied all my life until last year, 7th grade. Last year I became the bully to 2 girls. This year a friend who I threw out was mean to me which she said was an accident but I got mad and wouldn't take her shit so I was mean too. I call that retaliation but she calls it bullying.

I was bullied throughout school, I was always the target. School was a nightmare, I had anxiety and was depressed and I had a therapist! Don't miss it at all, since leaving school I've become confident and loving life. School isn't the best years of your life!

I was bullied in 5th and 6th grade, so much so that it caused me to become severely depressed. but honestly, 10-11 years later, I really don't even think about it anymore. but that doesn't mean that I don't hate those girls that bullied me ☺️
