Cysts / lump in labia majora (outer labia)

In 2019 is when I first noticed a small lump under my skin on my right outer labia (where hair grows). It has never gone away. And I have another one on my left labia. You can’t see it just looking, but you can feel it. It’s mobile, doesn’t cause any pain. I’ve been to a few different doctors, gynecologists and dermatologists because I’ve been terrified it’s cancerous. They all told me it’s nothing to be worried about. But how can they know if no tests were done? (MRI or anything like that). The cysts or lumps have made my outer labia look a little bit larger than years ago. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is it nothing to worry about?
