4 week symptoms??

Sore boobs, gas, a bit nauseous, and very light cramping randomly

I had sore joints and breasts, woke up at night to pee, foggy brain, some nausea, and just didn't feel like eating.

Second pregnancy. Roughly 4-5 weeks. No symptoms.
