Who is the sex initiator?

So, community, I have a question. recently I have learnt that in a marriage/relationship men want women to initiate sex (in most of the cases). That makes men feel "wanted" and quoting "wake me up at night and I am ready".

I feel awkward hearing that because my boyfriend is not my property and I cannot wake him up and order him to do that.

I think men aren't on this app but would like to hear more of their opinions and the following questions to the women: how often do you initiate? Are your partners always ready to satisfy your requests and pls tell me how you do this without feeling awkward. Thank you.
