How accurate are menopause tests?

Iv done quiet a few and there all showing 2 lines im only 33 coming up has anyone on here gone in to menz early? Wat was ur symptoms plz im loosing my mind my cycle is 40 today 7 days late all my pregnancy test are negative but the menopause ones showing positive 🫤🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Not accurate because other things can cause FSH increase like cysts or thyroid issues. You should see a dr if youre having issues. I skipped 2 periods once in my early 30s and still went on to have kids.

How are you tracking ovulation? You can’t say you are going into menopause unless you have 12 months of no period. You can start having early menopause but you would need more symptoms rather than late period etc. your cycle is late due to late or no ovulation

You're still really young to have it be true perimenopause. Not that it's not possible, but there are a lot of things that can mess up your hormones in your early 30s that aren't menopause. I'm glad you have appointments to get bloodwork and ultrasound. That will give you a much better picture of what's going on, and a chance to make a plan! Check out Dr. Marc (Mark?) Sklar on YouTube - he's a reproductive endocrinologist with a lot of info on irregular cycles, conditions affecting fertility, etc..., and has a coaching program for those interested. I've gotten a lot of good info from his videos, and I'm TTC again at 43. Some of his advice has helped regulate my cycle postpartum and breastfeeding. Best wishes!

Its normal to have up to 2 off cycles in a year. Having an off cycle isn't automatically a sign of premenopause. Fsh should also be tested at a specific time of your cycle not just randomly along with other hormones. You also wouldn't count cycles to be irregular unless they were more than a week off from each other. I would just wait and see what your dr says before assuming it's premenopause.

Last period was the 10 th April to the 16th 7 days long then had nothing and anther slight bleed the 27th and 28th April since then nothing my cycle was due. 10th may no wear to be seen iv had swabs and everything to make sure it’s nothing coursing it they was all clear
