8DPO implantation?!

Question

Hi everyone! 
New here, TTC, and first baby.  Today is 8dpo and this morning I experience mild period like cramps and 2 hours later wiped and had a mix between brown and pink (very light)! 
Also have been feeling extremely bloated all day now since everything. 
Not 100% sure if it was implantation bleeding - but if it was- how soon should I test to see if pregnant or not?

If it was implantation related you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days.
