Cramping @8weeks

Has anyone experienced cramping @7 weeks 5 day mark, I went to the er because I’ve been experiencing the kind of cramps I feel during my period. I went to the er they told me everything is fine, urine, blood and baby are healthy. However I’ve been experiencing cramps on the left side spreading across my lower belly and left Daise of my back and they couldn’t tell me the cause. Has any experienced this or have an indication how to cope or eliminate the pain?
