Am I miscarrying ?

Hi everyone so I found out I was pregnant last Monday and this morning I woke up with bleeding but had no pain along side at all I’ve been booked in for an emergency ultrasound but it’s not until Thursday I’m just wondering if this is the start of a miscarriage as the bleeding is now heavier and I have a tiny bit of pain but it’s really mild and I’m not passing any clots at all any advice will be appreciated thankyou ❤️
