Ozempic for PCOS

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2022 and ever since then I’ve been trying my best to minimize my symptoms, such as fatigue, acne, weight gain, etc. I was given Metformin 500mg ER and honestly just got very upset that nothing was working so I stopped taking it. I took Metformin a few times on & off because it wasn’t doing anything for me.

I then got diagnosed with hypothyroidism after additional bloodwork and was given Levothyroxine 25mg and now 50mg which has brought done my thyroid levels but not quite where it needs to be yet.

Has anyone benefitted from Ozempic? I’ve read mixed reviews. Some people say it has not only helped them lose weight, but also made their periods more regular. On the other hand, I’ve read that many people, mainly at the 1 year mark, got pancreatic and thyroid cancer.
