ER? Or urgent care?

I’ve had sharp stabbing pain on my lower right side for about 3days now, I think it’s an ovarian cyst, but the pain normally doesn’t last this long or keep coming and going like it is, it hurts so bad when it comes back it takes my breath away, I called the nurses line but they can’t give me advice over the phone. I feel like it’s a stupid reason to go to the ER but my gyno can’t get me in yet. It’s like a pressure and then it goes into a stabbing pain for a couple of hours goes away and then comes back. It just hurts
