Normal???

All day today I had lower abdominal cramping. like middle area, right above vagina.
I added a pic to show where all the pain is happening.
it started off like period cramping, then random sharp pains on and off. then small needle like.
Even laying down.. the sharp ones come and go then lead into needle like.. then back to sharp. & so on.
Is this normal?? Concerning??
No other symptoms..
