My mom keeps pressuring me to have kids?

My mom keeps pressuring me to have kids and I don’t want any. I grew up without a father, he was never there emotionally physically financially. He has never cared about me or supported me at all. My mom as a single parent used to take all her anger out on me. I told her already to stop asking, I don’t want any, and I don’t want to bring them here to suffer. How do I get her to stop bringing it up? I also have health issues that I don’t want to pass on genetically either. She always tries to make me feel guilty but I remember how hard it was growing up not being loved by my father and my mom taking her stress out on me.
