Positive? CD 39

Hi all,
I posted on here a couple of days ago about my wacky cycle and not actually knowing if I was ovulating or not due to my charts. 
I’m feeling “off” today - slightly nauseous when I got home from work. Took a cheap strip test, negative. A couple of hours go by and I’m nauseous again, something isn’t right lol. So I took an early pregnancy test, and idk if my eyes are deceiving me… but? What does everyone think? I plan to take another tomorrow.

I think it was a false positive based on these tests I took this morning. Unless you guys see something?

Unfortunately these tests are known for false positives :( I got many myself and it absolutely broke me. I won’t buy these again :/

Final update since last - my doctor did a beta hcg test on me on 6/5 (cd46) .. on 6/6 it came back negative. 
On 6/7 I decided to take an ovulation test and it confirmed I was ovulating. 
2 days later my oura ring synced (syncs after 60 days of use) and confirmed my ovulation week was 6/2 through 6/8 with ovulation on the 7th. Day 48 of my cycle. 
Cut to this week, I’ve had the worst acid reflux/indigestion all week. Acne flare ups. Urgency to pee frequently. Insomnia. Irritability. 
I am currently 8 DPO and took a digital first response this morning. Positive. I’m so excited but also so scared. So so happy this is finally happening.

Have your charts shown ovulation since then? These are known for false lines.
