Why can’t I get wet?

I’m 23, I love my partner very much we’ve been together for 3 years and over the years I just cannot get wet and excited like I used to be able to. I was on birth control, I got off about 6 months ago and I thought that would help and it didn’t. I DO want it badly, but she never can act like she wants it as bad as I do and it’s getting to a point where it genuinely concerns me
