No gestational sac seen on ultrasound

Had an ultrasound done at 5w4d and nothing was seen. No gestational sac nothing in either tube. No sign of an IUP or EUP at all. Beta HCG came back at 1452. Anyone experience anything similar and had a good outcome? No pain or spotting or anything out of the norm to suggest something being wrong but my fear is ectopic.
