Second Pregancy INSANE Breast Pain??

Yall.. I feel like my boobs are boulders and sometimes they almost feel rock solid 😭 I’m only 18 weeks with my second so I can’t even pump yet, but ya girl is leaking and In so much pain. Please tell me I’m not the only one to experience this??

With my first, my breasts didn’t even get that large or painful at all! I had great production though. This time they’re absolutely ginormous and hurt almost non stop. I feel like I need to be drained (the relief from pumping or breast feeding) and there’s not even milk in them yet 🫠 gonna be a longgg 22 weeks
