Is it worth trying to sue for malpractice ?

Everyone is saying it is, but I don’t see this being significant enough to go anywhere. A few weeks ago on a Thursday, I went to urgent care. I saw an NP and stated the following complaints: difficulty breathing, non-stop fever that immediately rose again once it broke, coughing, weakness, loss of appetite, etc. I told her these symptoms had lasted 4 days. She did a Covid/flu/strep test and it was negative. She listened to my lungs and said they sound normal. I asked for a chest x-ray and she said it wasn’t necessary. She said it was a basic upper respiratory infection and prescribed me nothing. Come Saturday, I felt like I was breathing through a pinhole. I was shaking, my heart was pounding, and I quite literally felt like my body was shutting down. I go to another UC who tells me my lungs sound fine, but they did a chest X-ray. The results showed that my lungs were so clouded, she said I needed to go to the ER asap and “if it is pneumonia, it’s really bad pneumonia”. I went to the ER and was admitted for 3 days with pneumonia and sepsis. It’s been a month and I’m still struggling, but the doctor said it could take 6 months. Everyone is saying to sue but would this minor of a case even be picked up? Do I even have a case? Especially because in fairness, the second doctor somehow also said my lungs sounded fine but she opted into doing the x-ray.
