10 weeks and bleeding?

Went on a hike this morning and noticed red bloom on my underwear. When I wiped I seen more red blood but it has since stopped. Thoughts? By the way I'm on vacation and can't get to a doctor :(

At 6 weeks, I had bright red blood. We found out the next day it was a subchorionic bleed. My bleed in turn gave me a diagnosis of a threatened miscarriage but my understanding is that the two are not necessarily related. I do not believe subchorionic hematomas are as bad as they sound but they are scary. ASAP! Get to a doctor. There's nothing you can do if you have one except pelvic/bed rest. Take it easy until you can get in to see someone until then. I hate to ruin your vacation but plan to do things that are super easy and don't take much physical effort. My baby is still in there but I'm waiting to see the results to find out if that's going to stay that way or not so for now, I'm resting be as much as possible. Good luck! Keep us posted!!
