I got an ear camera. Why is my ear red? Bleeding?

While I had the camera in I may have hit my ear drum or something cus it hurt for a split second. Is it bleeding? Should I visit the doctor or urgent care?

I would just make an appointment with your family doctor especially if you are having pain or discharge. You likely poked or scraped something you shouldn’t have. Keep it dry in case you did break the eardrum. Water getting in there will cause infection
