How soon after implantation cramps should you see a positive??

My period is still not due for a few days but I had what I wondered could be implantation cramps since it felt like my period all day yesterday but no AF. Today really no cramps so I took a test and it was stark negative- not pregnant or too soon?

After Implantation you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days. So after any suspected implantation symptoms you should have a positive pregnancy test in 2 to 3 days.
