I’m freaking out

Is it normal that I took a plan be on the 18th. now my boobs have been hurting for like 5 days A LOTTTT. I’m so scared cause me and boyfriend had sex a couple days before my ovulation day and as we know calendars aren’t accurate. I tested with ovulations tests at home from the 20th up until today and they’re all negative. So either I’m not ovulating yet or I did early ?? Ugh idk I’m stressed help 😭😭😭mind you I was about to get on birth control !!!
