Myo-insitol
Hello, is myo-insitol good for women with endometriosis? I did the excision surgery one year ago, no pregency. My AMH was on the low end of normal. I see it helps with ovarian function and improve egg quality. I dont have PCOS that I'm aware of. I have a normal cycle. I will start theralogix preconception vitamin with coq10. I do see other preconception vitamins with myo-insitol. Did anyone have results from taking myo-insitol?
