Keeping my twins a secret is getting harder and harder, passing out and throwing up left right and centre.

If anyone has a Time Machine please lemme borrow it 😭, this morning sickness is the worst I’ve experienced and I got 3 other kids 😭😭

Keeping the secret still as I’m suppose too be due end of December but they measuring beginning of January, scan Friday to see when my official due date is 🤩🤩
