Noriday and no periods but cramps

Hi so been on Noriday for 5+ years wasn’t always regular but wasnt never normally past a week late, came off Noriday a couple months ago and went on cerelle didn’t agree with me so came of it and went back on Noriday, only downside I have really in regular periods now, I was on it for 5 years and they were fine a few days late but this month I’m 9 days late , I have cramps on and off, I am also spotting now and again, I’ve been with my partner 6 years and always take the pill every night never late, I’ve taken pregnancy tests and all are negative, I’m just really concerned has anyone ever experienced this on the pill, or is anyone on Noriday and can put my mind at ease?
