Replaced my IUD and now my period wont stop

I’m so desperate I don’t know what to do. I had a Mirena IUD for 8 years and I loved it so much, I didn’t get periods, no other side effects, I thought it was perfect. But I really don’t want children, so I was proactive and got it replaced right when I was supposed to. Everything was fine for the first month but then I started my period, which was weird but it was super light so I figured it would go away in a couple days. Now it’s been a month, it won’t stop, it’s only getting heavier and I don’t know what to do. I can’t get an appointment with any of my doctors and I’m going to fully lose it if I don’t get it to stop. I need advice to stop the bleeding or I am going to literally rip my own uterus out of my body.
