What is going on?!?!

I had a miscarriage and ended up having a D &C on 6/6/25 I had bleeding through 6/11/25. Doctor said I should’ve gotten my period already however nothing.. Now I am have breast tenderness and lower left side pain. I have a history of irregular periods and PCOS last actual period was 10/24/24. I have been testing ovulation and pregnancy but always low and negative. Could it be possible that I am pregnant again? Is it possible that it’s just my mind playing tricks on me because I have been ttc 8+ years? Any recommendations? 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😬😞
