Slow rising HCG?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant, my first pregnancy after 3 years of TTC. I got my beta HCG tested on 9 July (101,022 IU/L) and again on 11 July (114,041 IU/L).
The number did increase, but very slowly. My doctor told me this will most likely end in miscarriage and that I should stop my medication and just wait for the pregnancy to come out on its own.
I also had a scan on 9 July, and the CRL measured 0.64 cm. The doctor said the fetal size was small for the gestational age. There was no mention of heartbeat yet at that time.
I feel so heartbroken.
I still have pregnancy symptoms like nausea and breast soreness, and I haven’t had any heavy bleeding. My scan is scheduled soon, but I feel stuck in this waiting limbo.
If anyone has been through a similar experience, whether it ended well or not, please share. I don’t know what to expect or how to feel right now.

I say even doctors can be wrong. Hcg seems to slowly rise after 6 weeks if pregnancy as the placenta takes over. If no signs of miscarriage i would just wait or pay for an elective scan they tend to he pretty reasonable at least where i live about 35-50 dollars for a heart beat confirmation

Hcg stops doubling around this time. Doctors can be wrong and I would get a 2nd opinion and an ultrasound. I wouldn’t be concerned with miscarriage unless you’re bleeding heavily and having unbearable cramps.

I’m so sorry. I’ve had this happen 3 times. All 3 times hcg was rising but not doubling. 
When hcg is slowly rising it indicates that baby is not growing properly and your ultrasound confirmed that baby is small. Hcg can continue to slowly rise. You likely won’t start bleeding until your hcg actually drops. 
The previous commenter stating that around 7 weeks hcg slows down is incorrect. Once hcg reaches around 6000 it begins to take longer to double but still rapidly increases until 10-13 weeks when it peaks and then dips as the placenta takes over. At 7 weeks baby still has a yolk sac for nutrients.
