I'm 37.3 weeks today and have pain in my lower back and feel a high intense of pressure in my pelvic area.  I'm getting pains down below but not frequently.  Iv also noticed that on a wipe of a tissue after using the washroom there is a spot of blood, not a lot but the size of a grain of rice. What could this be, anyone else experiencing anything like this or similar?
