I am sick with the Zepobound😖

It is a weightloss injectoon shot i just started on monday for the 1st time and its tuesday and i been very ill , nauseous, (i do eat alittle). I am extremely WARM AND HOT IDK IF ITS FEVER it hasnt gone away it comes and goes! ( this symptom is freaking me out the most).. im also tired and fatigue kinda like im pregnant alittle.. 😩😩😩😩 should i get off of it or what? Is it a way of geting my body used to it?

Also i have the nexplanon birth contorl and also i have hyperthyroid so i feel like alll my hormones are going crazy and metabloism.. idk.. im scared tho... im reacting like this... i feel so hot and warm i been taking ibruprofen.. but i cant keep feeling like this and taking it im not even sick sick...what do i do
