Any positive tests? 5 days after implantation bleeding

Anyone measuring about 4 to 5 weeks right now have gotten a positive pregnancy test? I go to the doctors tomorrow I will be 5 days after implantation bleeding. I was just wondering if I would get a positive test right now and not wait for blood work.

I got a positive test around 3 weeks. I was a bit in shock so I went to the doctor and got a confirmation done at 4+2
