FAST remedy’s for a cold sore??

I think I am developing a cold sore on the inner part of my bottom lip. I am 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow with my first baby so it’s definitely stress caused 😭
I want this gone as soon as humanly possible, my home visit is Wednesday next week and I don’t want this here by then 😭

If it’s on the inside of your lip it’s more likely that it’s a canker sore which warm salt water rinses a few times a day helps.
