Out little Lydia was born this morning @ 2:12am! She is 7lbs 14oz and 22inches long! So beautiful & such a blessing to our family! I was in active labor for 8 hours and pushed for 45 minutes-my midwife said that was excellent! Once I felt (without any pain medication) what pushing contractions felt like-I was NOT ready to be pushing for a long period of time! Yikes! VERY swollen down there... Had a small tear but I am feeling elated that she is finally here-she arrived at 40 + 6 weeks!
