No, you need dress pants (black), a modest blouse and a suit jacket/blazer that matches the dress pants. For court I wouldn't wear anything less than business professional. That is if you are meant to look as if you are a reputable young woman. This outfit looks like something a teenager threw together (sorry if that's harsh). But anything involving the law I would wear my best or borrow the best if I had to.

So many follow up questions. If this is a basic "speeding ticket" kind of court, this would be fine. I've seen citizens come to traffic court in pjs (not recommended, but whatever). If it is something more serious, this would also be fine if it's the best you have (gotta work with what ya got, right?). However, a solid color shirt may look better, or basic black dressy shoes/boots.
