Microgestin. Bleeding, now itchy and spotting

I started microgestin bc my dr suspects endometriosis. I’ve had my period since 7/6 (15 days now) and my period is supposed to be here in 8 days. My first period was how it usually is(which ik I have to adjust to the pill), but I have never stopped bleeding/spotting(ig breakthrough bleeding?) my discharge is a dark brown color but when I wipe I can see a dark reddish brown color. I also get like small thin stringy clots. The problem is, I’m so itchy down there and idk if it’s from the discharge? I don’t see any cuts and my vaginal mucosa looks like a healthy pink color, no white spots or foul odors so I don’t think it’s a yeast infection. Why am I itchy? It’s every time I pee, I wipe, I leave the bathroom and I’m itchy down there. I’ve been itchy for about 2 weeks now.

I’ve also been experiencing nausea so bad it wakes me up in the middle of the night. I called the gyn and they prescribed me zofran which led to me 7days constipated. I stopped taking the zofran when I realized how constipated it was making me (about 3 days into that 7 day constipation window is when I stopped taking it), however, I think the microgestin is also constipating me.
