Hi - I’m thinking of using Tirzepatide, cause for some reason I could not lose weight and I feel like I keep getting bigger and inflamed, 
Please let me know what’s your experience because I want to venture to this meds.

I was on it for 5 months stayed on the starting dose because it worked really well for me and lost 3 stone, it was really good experience, the only side effect I had was mild constipation . I would definitely do it again

I took it for a year and with changing my diet/exercise I lost 160 pounds. I have PCOS and endometriosis so loosing weight isn’t easy for me personally. ￼I stayed at the starting dose for four months before I went to the next dose up. Two weeks after my last weigh in I found out I was pregnant so I had to stop. My personal recommendation would be the shot over doing something like phentermine pills I personally didn’t get the jitters or mood swings or random high bolts of energy were as the pills I did. I’ve been on the shot for about a year. I’m down 70lbs so far. I’m trying to lose another 70lb. My biggest recommendations: download my fitness pal and enter everything you eat for a couple weeks your protein intake needs to be at 100g minimum I found using that app helped see how easily I was hitting that number. 
Find some good protein snacks. I like chomps meat sticks, clif builder bars, built puff bars, premier protein shakes, and raw protein shakes. When you eat your meals eat your protein first! 
Do monthly check ins where you take your weight and measurements on your arms, thighs, hips, and waist. I had a couple months where I lost no weight but my inches changed significantly.
