Blocked on strangers account, but watched from their fake?

With that new feature Facebook added of being able to see people you're not friends with who views your public stories (I post public because I post my business), I realized the people who stalk my account everyday.

There's a girl I ABSOLUTELY do not know whatsoever. Haven't met her in person or even on social media, she is a complete stranger. Well an obvious fake account with her name sees my stories every day, but the account is fake. (Image below)

Someone told me who she is, but they showed me her ACTUAL account. When I went to search it, I'm blocked.

I wonder why a complete stranger who I had never even heard about would block you, then watch your page every single day from a fake account. The fake account follows no one but me. Thoughts?
