Bloody show, mucus plug, or discharge?

Hello everyone! I am 38 weeks today and just had a cervix check yesterday and was only 1 cm dilated and from the sounds of it not effaced at all and was told baby was pretty high up. This morning when I woke up everytime I’ve gone to wipe I’ve had this light brown tinge to some very thick discharge, but the picture I’m inserting has been the most so far. So just wondering what everyone thinks it could be and does it look like labor could be coming anytime soon lol. I’m excited to meet my baby boy.

I’ve had no contractions, just significant lower back pain and mild period like cramps.
