I lost 20 pounds right off the bat (within 4 weeks) from having baby #4 6 months ago. Since then I have not lost a pound! I do not breastfeed, I drink plenty of water, I jog every other day and the days I don't jog I do a 30 minute dance routine. I don't eat more than 1300 calories either. I still have 15 pounds to go and I'm really struggling and sad it's not going anywhere. Anyone have any tips? Or answers to why I'm still hanging on to this weight? I just want my body back :(
