1 week late still BFN!!

I was due for AF on 9/30 so I am 1 week late, tested today and still a BFN! I have some odd fullness in abdomen and a soft tender cervix. Could I still be pregnant? If not could something else be wrong if I have no period and not pregnant? Anyone else experience this?
