Please Help!!!

I'm 16dpo my period was due yesterday but I got a BFP a week ago. This morning I wiped and saw a brownish/pinkish discharge. It's freaking me out. I've never had this happen even with the MC I had a couple months ago. I feel so hopeless. Waiting for the doctor office to open.
