Morning sickness tips?

Hi all! I'm 7w4d and for the past 3 days I have been feeling like I'm severely hung over. I'm pretty dizzy, sick to my stomache (comes and goes), I don't really have much of an appetite and all I want to do is lay on the couch.
This wouldn't be a problem, if I didn't have a job. I am not close with my boss, so don't want to tell him yet that I am pregnant.
Anyone have any tips on how to feel somewhat better? I have lived on Preggie Pops and Sprite for the last 3 days, but I want to hear if anyone has anything that worked for them?
