I wet the bed!!! Wth?

So last night I woke up at 1am drenched in URINE! I somehow wet the bed and didn't even know it!!! What the heck? Here I am 28 years old and I randomly wet the bed. 
I can't even blame it on alcohol or that I have had a baby before and "leak" sometimes. This is embarrassing. Am I alone? Has anyone else experienced wetting the bed randomly??

I wet myself for the first time since I was 5 because I just HAD to have a dream where I peed. I cried so much because I broke my streak, that was 2 years ago and it still upsets me 😂

Did you go to the bathroom in your dreams? Sometimes your brain/body just fails to wake you up to go, so it starts sending the urge through visuals and feelings during your dreams. I've had dreams where i desperately needed to go and was searching for a toilet, even it it just materialized in the weirdest place when i failed to find one in a normal location...and if i sat to go, that feeling you get as you start to let it go...i would feel that mere seconds before doing it in reality, and jerk awake with an "oh shit, gotta go". Sometimes you make it, sometimes you dribble a bit before being able to make it, and sometimes you just feel so relieved to finally go in your dream that you don't realize it was more than a dream until it's too late. It happens. Even to adults. No big deal.

I use to get night terrors really bad and the first night my BF spent the night I felt so stupid and embarrassed I had one and I wet the bed... And he woke me up and he was a sweet heart for cleaning me and the bed up.. But honestly no you are not alone here

I know this is a bit tmi but do you think it might not have been urin and just a wet dream that you could not remember, aka skwerting, many woman have never experienced this in there lives but the ones who have confuse it with urin just something to consider
