Start of third trimester?

Is the start you your third trimester technically not until you're 28 weeks or is it 27 weeks and one day since you're "starting your 28th week"?

All of the websites say 27. I guess one week won't make a difference.

I'm 26 weeks and glow is already asking me third trimester questions, guess it just depends where you look for information, even dr office are different. I always figured it was 27 weeks.
