Bitchyass PMS symptoms

🎐Amanda🎐 • Mama to an amazing 10 year old boy! We are TTC #2!!
Does any1 else have really bad PMS mood swings? Mine are so bad I can actually catch myself in the moment and know I'm being such a bitch but I can't control it.
Does any1 take any vitamins or something to help them with this?
 Any suggestions would help! Thanks
