This morning I had a crazy dream, I was pregnant. For a moment I thought it was real and I told myself that I needed to remember to take my prenatal vitamins before work. Then I soon realized that I was just dreaming and those two lines on the pregnancy test were just made up. Now I'm feeling pretty bummed out. I was ttc for a while and then I got Glow, but after two cycles I decided to stop ttc and to stop worrying about ovulation and just let things happen. I didn't want to keep getting my hopes up only to have a visit from AF. I came to accept this, but after that dream now I'm hoping that maybe this month AF won't visit. Have any of you ladies had a dream you were pregnant?
