Saturday night I got sick with a 24 hour bug that left me with diarrhea all day Sunday and I projectile vomited once. I have residual diarrhea now, as well as bubbly gas, and last night I noticed my stool smelled and looked like the poop a breastfed baby has (obviously I didn't smell it up close, it's kind of hard to ignore the odor when you're sick). I've heard of some women having this type of stool when they're pregnant. I won't be testing until Friday, and my BBT has been between 98 and 99 since ovulation ended last Monday. Have you ever experienced this and been pregnant?
