I used to get acne like that. Use a simple antibacterial soap like dial gold and a sensitive skin toner with acne medication in it. You dont want to dry out your face to much. It worked wonders for me. None of those high end products ever worked. Just made me break out more after i stopped using them. And honey no need to be ashamed!! I understand where your coming from i used get so self conscious but then i realized most of the time people just cover them up with makeup. Everyone gets zits. Also when i break out i drink a ton of water and it speeds up the clearing time. Works by filtering out toxins from the skin
