Can this be ture?

Okay so my family keeps telling me that if I hold my baby alot she'll get use to it and only wants to be in your arms. I was just wondering if it's ture that it can happen, she's 2 weeks and 3 days.

You can't spoil a baby, especially a newborn. Your LO is basically in an alien world and wants to be held, I'm sure you'd want someone to cuddle you and make you feel safe if you were in an alien world as well :)

No.. You cannot spoil a newborn. The first three months is considered by some to be the "fourth trimester" when they want to be with mom all the time. Young babies need to be held a lot. And that's ok :)

I do the same & my family tells me that to but I honestly don't care & it's not a bad thing up until there 3 months they should be held n cuddled cause there still getting used to being outside the belly my sons A month old & he always falls asleep in on my chest it's the best feeling ever though 😍

Its fine to hold a baby that much.... Maybe if the baby was a lot older

My son is so great and will fuss once in awhile just to be cuddled and I don't mind lol my first son hated his swing and bouncy pretty much anything but me lol he slept on my chest or in my bed he had colic too he's perfectly fine very independent super smart 4 year old he started in his crib/bed every night but would end up in bed with me till he was 2 he had nightmares a lot he still likes to climb in bed with me every morning to cuddle especially with his baby brother
